• Order processing times:
Firstly I want to say thank you so much for your order!!
I have carefully chosen the Gold Coast family based company that lovingly reproduces my artworks as they are ordered by you - they print the artwork, frame it and then carefully wrap and box it, so it gets to you safely - its forever home!!
This process is all done by hand and therefore can take some time for your order to be competed and shipped to you. Currently the turn around is approximately 2-3 weeks + shipping for your order to be fullfilled. At various times throughout the year these turn arounds can vary depending on peak times such as Christmas and may take longer due to circumstances out of my control.
• Domestic Shipping costs:
I am really proud to offer all my clients free shipping Australia wide - So you get to save money enjoy your artwork even more!!
• International Shipping:
If you would like to purchase my artwork and either live outside of Australia or would like it delivered to a country other than Australia - please contact me with the delivery details and I will let you know what the shipping costs will be.
• Order tracking details:
After you’ve made your purchase you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order - please check this carefully to make sure all details are correct. Once your artwork has been printed, framed and boxed - you will receive an email with your tracking details.
